Our professional stylists’ top priority is to make sure you look and feel your best by the end of your service. We are continuously investing in education of the latest products and trends. All pricing is subject to consultation.

SALON POLICIES
➤ Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment!
➤ If you are more than 15 minutes late we can not guarantee you will receive the full services scheduled.
➤ A thorough consultation will be given before each service to to ensure we are working toward your hair goals without compromising the integrity of your hair. 
➤ We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair we are happy to make adjustments. You have 2 days from the date of your original service to contact us and 7 days to make those adjustments. 
➤ We can not perform any redo services if yourself or another stylist makes adjustments after leaving out salon. 
 ➤ Your Bazillion Blow Out and keratin services will only be guaranteed if you purchase recommended products from Bella Lina Salon at the time of your service. 
 ➤ Some corrective color services and other complex services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting. 
8. No color service can be guaranteed if you have box color in your hair. 
9. Please note our cancellation policy. 
10. We want you to be 100% satisfied! If your salon experience does not reflect excellence please let us know so we can make necessary adjustments!

CANCELLATION POLICY
➤ Bella Lina Cruz Salon requires valid credit card information to hold each reservation. In the event of a cancellation or need to reschedule, a 48 hour notice is required.

 ➤ If 48 hour notice is not given, the card on file will be charged. 

 ➤ Booked services less than $250.00 will require a $50.00 deposit. Cancellation policy applies. 

 ➤ Booked services exceeding $250.00 require a $75 deposit. Cancellation policy applies. 

 ➤ All color correction services will require a $100 deposit
 
 ➤ If you do not show up for your appointment, you are considered a “no show” and agree to be charged 50% of service booked.
